When I insert the HACCPHelp!™
CD I get a message asking me to change my display settings to 800 by
600 pixels. Do I have to run HACCPHelp on these settings?
No.
The tutorial part of the HACCPHelp!™
CD needs to be viewed at these settings. Once you have run
through the tutorial and installed HACCPHelp!™
you can reset you display to whatever you prefer.

hundreds of ingredients and recipes and don't have time to input them.

Yes. Implementing HACCP is a large
undertaking. However, keep in mind that you can start by
identifying only those recipes that have potentially hazardous foods
for Hazard Analysis. Secondly, narrow it down to the recipes you
are presently using and split the task up. Finally, we can help

installing HACCPHelp!™ I receive a message telling me that the "Alias
is not found." What should I do?
The software is
looking for HACCPHelp!™
and can't find it. Here are some steps that can fix the problem
and allow the software to install and function properly.
- BACK UP
YOUR SYSTEM.
- Uninstall
HACCPHelp.
- Delete
HACCPHelp Folders (MAKE SURE YOU BACK THEM UP FIRST).
- Search
Files and Folders for 'IDAPI'.
- Delete
the IDAPI .dll files.
- Re-start
you computer.

Re-install HACCPHelp!™ (Remember to re-start your computer after
installing the software.)
